UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO is looking for an RN in Oncology. This full-time position covers a 72-hour biweekly schedule with day and night rotation. Pay ranges from $35.29 to $54.71 per hour, based on experience, and is an onsite role with no remote option.

The role features a Night Shift Incentive Program paying $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) for eligible full-time night shifts, plus UCHealth's comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months of RN experience.
• Chemo/Immunotherapy within 1 year of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification required and valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-of-scope direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness and evidence-based practice.
• Precepting new staff and supporting a fast-paced clinical environment.
