Job summary

UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO is seeking a full-time Night Shift RN for the Acute Care/Critical Care Annex. This onsite role offers nights, a 72-hour per pay period schedule, and pay from $40.86 to $63.33 per hour, plus a quarterly Night Shift Incentive of $1,600 for eligible staff.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, RN license, BLS, and at least one year of nursing experience, and is prepared for direct patient care in moderate to high-acuity units.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within three years of assuming the Charge RN position.
• State licensure as an RN. BLS Healthcare Provider certification. Relevant certification as determined at position level.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in Acute Care/Med-Surg units.
• Values a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve outcomes.
• Precepts and mentors new staff in a fast-paced clinical environment.
