UCHealth in Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse for an onsite role in a fast-paced acute care setting. Responsibilities include planning and evaluating patient care, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing patient education.

The position requires current RN licensure and BLS certification, with a day/night rotation and a schedule of 72 hours per two weeks. Pay ranges from $35.29 to $54.71 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Current RN licensure
• BLS certification required

Responsabilités

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize resources.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition; coordinates care with other disciplines including transfer, discharge, referral, and psychosocial support.
• Provides care in a 24/6 Acute Care environment.
• Educates patient and family about care needs, culture, and condition; delegates tasks to ancillary staff as appropriate.
• Maintains critical thinking and decisive judgment in a fast-paced setting.
