Job summary

Inspira Health is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to provide professional care using the nursing process within a collaborative, patient-centered environment in southern New Jersey.

You will work with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care while adhering to hospital policies and standards. NJ licensure, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months are required; BSN/MSN program enrollment is a must.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in BSN or MSN program within six months of hire and graduate by the third employment anniversary date.
• Current New Jersey RN licensure required.
• BLS required; ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• National specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care through the nursing process.
• Meet the needs of patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams through effective communication, coordination, and evaluation.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, nursing standards of practice and regulatory bodies.
