Job summary

MercyOne Oelwein Medical Center in Iowa is seeking a part-time registered nurse to join our family-oriented acute care unit. This 0.6 FTE role provides 24 hours per week with a 12-hour day shift from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm and every third weekend.

You will assess and plan care, supervise LPNs and PCAs, and coordinate communication with physicians and families, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a close-knit community hospital.

Qualifications

• Current IA RN license required.
• BSN preferred.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.
• Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.
• Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members.
