Job summary

ProMedica Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Memorial Hospital in Ohio. The role coordinates the patient’s plan of care, interacting with patients, families and the health care team to ensure quality, patient-centered care.

The RN will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care while collaborating with colleagues to achieve patient care goals and staff satisfaction. Full time, days shift, 36 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Current CPR training. Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units.
• The RN in Ohio must complete twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient’s plan of care and interact with the patient, family, and health care team.
• Assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis, plan, implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals and improve patient care and staff satisfaction.
