Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for an acute care setting. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and families on treatment and discharge plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and delegating tasks to support quality

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Acute care experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
