UK HealthCare’s UK Chandler Hospital in Lexington is seeking Registered Nurses for the Chandler 5 Main Acute care area. You will care for adult patients with medical/surgical conditions in a fast-paced inpatient setting.

As part of the unit, you’ll develop and execute comprehensive nursing plans, deliver direct patient care, and collaborate with physicians and staff to improve outcomes and patient satisfaction. Mentoring Nursing Care Technicians and adhering to policies are also expected.

Responsibilities

• Assess, document, plan, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive nursing plan.
• Deliver direct patient care and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Train and delegate duties for Nursing Care Technicians and adhere to policies.
