Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking an Internal Agency RN Clinical Nurse - Acute Care to deliver high-quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team. The role emphasizes using evidenced-based nursing processes and relationship-based care with patients and families.

You will participate in performance improvement, research, and governance activities while mentoring staff and students and upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; 2 years preferred.
• National certification in a specialty area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process with evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and individualized care.
• Partner with patients and families using relationship-based care methods.
• Coordinate safe, effective care through interdisciplinary communication and documentation.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance activities.
• Mentor and support professional development of staff and students.
