Qualifications

• Graduate of a CoARC-accredited respiratory care program.
• Acute care or long-term acute care experience preferred.
• Current Arizona Respiratory Care Practitioner license issued by the Arizona Board of Respiratory Care Examiners.
• NBRC credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Provide cardiopulmonary services to adult and geriatric patients as prescribed.
• Manage invasive and non-invasive ventilation, airway care, and oxygen therapy.
• Perform arterial blood gas punctures and analysis; assist with bedside procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and shift handoffs.
• Respond to medical emergencies, including CPR and airway interventions as trained.
