Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of Physical Therapy Assistant Associate degree from a program accredited by the APTA.

Responsibilities

• Consults with medical staff and team to provide optimum patient care and efficient operations.
• Performs planned rehabilitative interventions and provides input on patient status to the supervising PT.
• Maintains patient records, reports, and documentation in a timely, compliant manner.
• Utilizes aides and support staff effectively.
• Educates patients and families, considering age, condition and cultural needs.
