You will assess each patient, create personalized therapy plans, and work with physicians and the care team to achieve meaningful goals and excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION: Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical
• AHA Healthcare Provider CPR
• LICENSURE: Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Virginia
• EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in an acute care facility preferred; new graduates considered

• 1. Responsible for clinical management of the patient.
