Henrico Doctors' Hospitals in Virginia seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence after illness, injury, or surgery. You will assess needs with physicians and craft personalized therapy plans leveraging our rehabilitation technology and clinical network.

You will deliver evidence-based interventions, monitor progress, and educate patients and families on exercises and safe practices. Collaborative care and professional growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy.
• BLS certification required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• Acute care experience preferred; new graduates welcome.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans with physicians.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and safe practices.
• Mentor therapy assistants or students when applicable.
• Ensure compliance with ICARE values and hospital policies.
