Origin Travel Nurses is looking for a dedicated Acute Care Physical Therapist in Apple Valley, California. This role involves conducting patient evaluations and developing tailored treatment plans to aid rehabilitation in an acute care setting.

Responsabilités

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques including AROM/AAROM/PROM, assistive devices, and gait training.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and rehabilitation strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
