Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• Licensure with the State of Michigan.
• Possesses and maintains BLS certification to meet department/program protocol.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient condition and develops individual treatment plans.
• Re-evaluates patient progress and adjusts goals with patient and family as needed.
• Coordinates treatment with interdisciplinary team and documents progress.
• Educates patient and family on PT procedures and uses equipment correctly.
• Adheres to hospital policies and productivity expectations.
