Job summary

Temecula Valley Hospital is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat and guide patients in the acute care setting. You will administer therapy modalities, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with physicians and the broader care team to restore function after injury or illness.

You should have a California PT license, a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy (Master's or Doctoral preferred), and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a PT in an acute care facility preferred.
• Current California Physical Therapist license.
• BLS (AHA) certification required or obtained.
• Knowledge of physical therapy modalities and rehabilitation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan patient therapy programs.
• Administer PT modalities as prescribed by licensed physicians.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistant as needed.
• Document patient progress and coordinate with care team.
