Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification or completion within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Directs therapy services for assigned patients and disciplines.
• Designs functional programs enabling return to community.
• Educates patients, families, students, coworkers and self.
• Performs other duties related to patient care and therapy services.
