Antelope Valley Medical Center seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support Pharmacists in acute care operations. You will assist with labeling, processing orders, and maintaining inventory under supervision.

Strong attention to detail, accurate billing, and compliance with pharmacy laws are required; hospital experience is preferred. A CA license is needed, with CPht preferred, and the role is on site.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Current State of California Pharmacy Technician License.
• CPht preferred.
• Minimum 2 years pharmacy experience; acute care hospital preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist Pharmacist in labeling medications and processing orders.
• Prepare labels and maintain adequate inventory.
• Handle credit and billing tasks in a timely manner.
• Organize workload and adapt to department standards.
• Check in merchandise, verify physician orders, floor stock, IVs and TPNs.
