Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ohio Board of Pharmacy certification required if working in Ohio.
• Michigan Board of Pharmacy licensure required if working in Michigan.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or ExCPT) certification is permitted.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in completing applications, gathering patient information and maintaining patient records.
• Work under the supervision of a registered pharmacist and support multiple ProMedica Pharmacy Medication Management sites.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Ohio Pharmacy Technician license

Michigan Pharmacy Technician license

Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or ExCPT)
