Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Texas Pharmacy Technician Trainee or Texas Registered Pharmacy Technician License on hire.
• Minimum 2 years of hospital/system pharmacy experience or 3 years if no PTCB.
• Experience with Automated Dispensing Machines and EHR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill/dispense unit dose and stock medications to nursing units and other departments.
• TrIage patient orders and maintain the automated dispensing system (ADS).
• Ensure accuracy and prompt delivery of oral and IV medications.
