Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Performs histories and physical examinations and ongoing patient assessments.
• Assists with admission work-ups and/or consults to facilitate care across the continuum.
• Initiates, monitors, alters and orders treatments including device placement and therapies.
• Re-evaluates the patient throughout hospitalization with the care team.
• Completes transfer of care notes and participates in hospital quality improvement processes.
