Job summary

Capital Health is seeking qualified Physician Assistants to perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and revise care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have NCCPA certification and an NJ PA license, with a preference for those with primary care or acute care experience and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physician assistant program, approved by the NCCPA.
• One-year experience working with primary care management or acute care preferred.
• NJ Physician Assistant License.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical assessment of patients to identify priority care needs and documents assessment findings.
• Orders tests and consults as required by plan of care and reviews test results.
• Develops plans of care across the continuum and revises based on patient response.
• Provides safe, holistic therapeutic care to facilitate patient outcomes.
• Leads quality improvement initiatives and participates in education of staff.
