Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to float across six acute care units, including Neuro, Ortho, Cardiac, ICU, and Step Down.

You will see about 7–8 patients daily in acute care, participate in a mentorship program starting day one, and have access to a clinical ladder for leadership growth. Join a team of over 40 therapists and benefit from PTO and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passion to treat Adult & Geriatric patient population.
• Collaborative, team-building personality style.
• Desire to treat highly complex cases.
• Servant leader mindset.

Responsibilities

• Float among six acute care units (neuro, ortho, cardiac, ICU, step down, and more).
• See an average of 7-8 patients per day in acute care.
• Engage in day-one mentorship and ongoing training.
• Participate in the clinical ladder for leadership growth.
• Collaborate with a team of over 40 therapists in acute care.
