Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC's rehabilitation team seeks an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join a regional medical center's acute care unit. You will deliver patient-centered care in a large hospital environment, collaborating with PTs, OTs, and SLPs to advance functional outcomes.

The schedule is Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30 with weekend rotation, and the role includes relocation reimbursement, a $7,000 sign-on bonus, and generous PTO plus sick leave.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy degree program.
• Active OT license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Welcoming new graduates and experienced Occupational Therapists.
• Strong interpersonal communication and clinical decision-making abilities.
