Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Acute Care Occupational Therapist for a hospital-based role in Atlanta, GA. You will manage a high-acuity caseload in a Level I Trauma and academic medical center, with an 8-week onboarding and a senior preceptor.

Strong new grads considered; active or pending Georgia OT license required. The position includes a $6,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and PSLF eligibility, with a typical schedule Monday–Friday, 8-5, and 22 days of PTO.

Qualifications

• Active, pending, or licensed Georgia Occupational Therapist.
• Team player who adapts to changing caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-acuity, hospital-based caseload (ICU, stroke, trauma).
• Prioritize patient education as a core responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in onboarding.
• Weekend coverage is limited to about 1 in 8 shifts.
