Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC in Atlanta, GA seeks an Acute Care Occupational Therapist for a hospital-based role in a Level I Trauma center. You will manage a high-acuity caseload, provide patient-centered education, and participate in an 8-week onboarding with a senior preceptor.

The ideal candidate holds an OT degree and GA license, with acute care experience preferred; strong new grads are welcome. Onsite, M-F 8-5, with limited weekend work and 22 days PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active or pending Georgia OT license.
• Acute care experience preferred, but strong new grads will be considered.
• Team player who adapts well to changing caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Carry a high-acuity caseload including ICU, severe trauma, stroke, and complex post-op patients.
• Provide patient education as a top priority.
• Onboard with an 8-week structured program paired with a senior preceptor.
• Support hospital-based care in a Level I Trauma and academic medical center.
