Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an Acute Care role in Sioux Falls, SD. This contract position runs for 13 weeks with a day shift and 8-hour hours per shift.

The OT will treat patients across ages and diagnoses, perform evaluations, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan discharge. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of OT experience and hold a BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of occupational therapy experience.
• BLS Certification.
• Must be able to manage a high-volume caseload with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized occupational therapy treatment for patients across ages and diagnoses (including orthopedic, neurological, and general medical conditions).
• Evaluate and update treatment plans based on patient progress and medical status.
• Coordinate discharge planning and communicate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety.
