Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus in Topeka, KS seeks a PRN Acute Care Occupational Therapist to assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and ensure delivery of prescribed therapy in alignment with AOTA standards and state requirements.

You will collaborate with rehab leadership to enhance services, participate in staff training, and support continuous improvement in patient outcomes at our campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
• Currently licensed as an Occupational Therapist.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role.

Responsibilities

• Performs occupational therapy evaluations and establishes plans of care.
• Provides direction and supervision to clinical support staff.
• Promotes innovative occupational therapy services and professional development.
• Works under the Rehab Services Supervisor in the assigned area.
