• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• OT license in PA or NJ based on work location.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Perform OT examinations and set realistic goals.
• Administer therapeutic modalities and home programs.
• Document evaluations, progress, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and case management.
• Assist with discharge planning and education for patients and families.
