Job summary

Virtua Health in New Jersey seeks an Occupational Therapist for per diem, part-time, on-site work at Lourdes Health System in Camden. You will perform examinations, evaluations, and plan of care updates while collaborating with the rehab team to optimize patient outcomes.

Required are a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, NJ licensure, CPR, and, for home care, a valid driver's license. The role pays $57.25 hourly with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Current licensure in the State of New Jersey.
• CPR certification.
• For home care staff, valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Consult with medical and rehab team to provide optimum patient care and efficient operations.
• Demonstrate comprehensive evaluation skills and adjust plan of care as needed.
• Maintain patient records, reports and documentation in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing education and literature.
• Utilize aides and support staff appropriately.
