Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide skilled inpatient services in an acute care hospital setting. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities include educating patients, delegating tasks to assistants, and completing documentation per departmental policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
• Active OT license required.
• No prior experience required; supervision experience not necessary.
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and delegating tasks to assistants.

• Establish discharge-ready plans and required equipment.
