Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Valid Occupational Therapist license.
• No prior experience required; supervision experience is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment.
• Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; refer to specialists as necessary.
• Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students, ensuring appropriate skill levels.
• Complete documentation per departmental policies.
• Conduct assessments, re-evaluations, and consultations for occupational therapy services.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
