Qualifications

• Graduation from an Occupational Therapy Program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Experience: At least one year of clinical experience as an occupational therapist.
• Licensure: A valid, unencumbered Occupational Therapist License approved by Georgia Board of Occupational Therapy.
• Certifications: BLS and NBCOT certification maintained.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive evaluations, testing, and treatment for patients with complex medical and surgical conditions.
• Educates patients and families with tailored approaches.
• Develops and adjusts individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and mentors students as Clinical Instructor.
• Documents patient care details and participates in quality assurance activities.
