Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC seeks an Occupational Therapist for acute care in a nonprofit hospital setting. The role covers ICU, PICU, trauma, neuro, post-surgical cases, with a broad caseload and a 90-day mentorship on a low-turnover team.

Full-time, Mon-Fri 8-5 with 1 in 8 weekend rotation; includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, PSLF-eligibility, 4 weeks PTO and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Passion for Acute Care and desire to treat 1:1.
• Open to New Grads or Experienced Therapists.
• Experience in the Acute Care setting is preferred.
• Collaborative, team-building personality style.

Position Highlights
