Aufgaben

Provide direct care to veterans with complex needs under RN/LPN supervision.
Observe patient changes, document care and responses in charts.
Mentor and precept other Nursing Assistants on units.
Assist in nursing care planning and participate in team meetings.
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow safety protocols.
