Position Overview

MaineHealth Maine Medical Center, located in Portland, Maine, is seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join our Critical Care team. The ACNP will perform daily patient rounds, develop and implement care plans, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and participate in procedures, admissions, discharges, and family meetings. The role involves engagement in research and quality initiatives for Neuro and Surgical Critical Care patients. There are multiple learning opportunities including rounds, lectures, and teaching sessions. A commitment to lifelong learning, teaching, and interdisciplinary collaboration is essential.

Minimum Qualifications
