Job summary

Medical Associates Clinic is hiring an LPN or RN to provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced clinic. You will support physicians and care teams, coordinate patient plans, and document treatments to ensure accurate medical records.

Flexibility across departments with float pool may be required. Ideal candidates have an LPN or RN license and 3 months to 1 year of related experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with electronic systems.

Qualifications

• Education: Valid LPN or RN license is required.
• Experience: From three months to one year of similar or related experience preferred.
• Interpersonal Skills: High level of trust, diplomacy, and customer interaction.
• Keyboarding skills and use of electronic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following license requirements and clinic standards.
• Assist physicians and others in coordinating patient care plans.
• Review medical records with providers to ensure patient needs are met.
• Document care and assist with medical record integrity.
• Maintain a safe, clean clinic environment and operate medical equipment.
