The Float Nurse will travel between sites to provide clinical assistance, support providers, and ensure consistent patient care in a fast-paced environment.

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Current CMA, RMA, or equivalent certification preferred.

• Current unrestricted LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Float between multiple locations as assigned.
• Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories, and medication reconciliations.
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Administer medications and injections in accordance with provider orders and applicable regulations.
• Perform clinical duties including specimen collection, point-of-care testing, and wound care.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR system.
• Educate patients regarding medications, treatments, and follow‑up care.
• Maintain exam rooms, clinical supplies, and infection control standards.
• Comply with all HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies and procedures.
