Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LVN/LPN license in good standing.
• Active BLS certification.
• 1+ year clinical experience; primary/urgent care or ER preferred.
• Phlebotomy and vaccine administration experience as applicable.
• EMR proficiency, with Epic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake, routine assessments, and vital signs.
• Support point-of-care testing and workflow in a high-volume clinic.
• Phlebotomy, vaccines, and medication administration within scope.
• Document patient history and treatments in the EMR.
• Provide patient education and reinforce care plans.
• Maintain a clean, compliant clinic environment.
