Job summary

Requirements include MA RN license, BSN, and at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience with teaching or mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on clinical education, coaching, and support to nurses at the point of care.
• Supports onboarding, competency development, and professional growth of nursing staff.
• Develops and delivers evidence-based education to support safe, high-quality patient care.
• Partners with nursing leaders to identify learning needs and support practice improvement initiatives.
• Serves as a clinical resource, mentor, and professional development partner for nurses.
