The Cleveland Clinic is seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join the Step-Down/ICU Intensive Care and Resuscitation team at Avon Hospital. The NP will rotate between Step-Down and ICU, provide high-quality acute care under CC physician supervision, with opportunities to develop procedures and leadership.

Requires MSN, RN license, national NP cert, BLS, ACLS/PALS, and 3+ years in Step-Down/CCU preferred.

Qualifikationen

• MSN required upon hire or within 3 years for external hires and internal moves to APRN role.
• Graduate of an accredited APRN program.
• If neonatal, Master’s Degree required upon hire.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement care plans for acutely ill patients under physician oversight.
• Participate in Rapid Response and Code Blue with ICU team.
• Perform procedures as training progresses (e.g., intubation, central/arterial lines, ventilator management).
• Rotates between Step-Down and ICU to gain exposure to higher acuity patients.
