Qualifications

• RN license in Montana required or eligible for licensure.
• BSN preferred for nursing leadership role.
• Minimum 4 years of nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Current CPR certification; TNCC/ENPC/ACLS/PALS or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and manage department operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for CAHS/ER during 24/7 operations.
• Coordinate clinical and administrative activities across shifts.
• Oversee staffing, orientation, performance appraisals, and coaching.
