Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program required.
• Completion of nursing program approved by State Board of Nursing required.
• 1 Year Of Relevant Experience Preferred.
• Applicable state LPN license required.
• CPI certification within three months of hire for specific units may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
• Establish a personalized relationship with patients and their support system.
• Document care using established policies and best evidence.
• Collaborate with the RN-led team to promote optimal health.
• Assist in care throughout the patient health journey.
