Kettering Health Network is seeking a Part-Time House Supervisor RN for the Hamilton acute care unit. The role provides clinical leadership and administrative oversight during assigned 12-hour day shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and efficient resource use.

Responsibilities include staffing coordination, emergency response leadership, and serving as the on-site administrative representative in the absence of senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (may be obtained within 6 months of hire, if not current at time of hire).

• Provide shift-based leadership and guidance to clinical and non-clinical staff, prioritizing patient safety and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate staffing and assign/adjust staff based on real-time needs.
• Lead emergency responses to support patient outcomes and operational reliability.
• Serve as the primary administrative representative in the absence of senior management.
• Ensure all activities align with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.
