Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services seeks an Advanced Practice Provider specializing in hepatology to deliver comprehensive care in partnership with transplant physicians. You will assess patients, order and interpret tests, and develop treatment plans within scope of practice.

Provide advanced clinical care for hepatology patients, partnering with transplant physicians to deliver comprehensive assessment and treatment planning. Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests; diagnose conditions; develop and manage treatment plans. Perform routine clinical procedures as appropriate and maintain high-quality patient care.
