Job summary

UCHealth is seeking Float Pool Registered Nurses to support patients across Highlands Ranch, Broomfield, Longs Peak, and UCHealth University Hospital. The role is full-time, onsite with a day/night rotation and no remote option.

You will provide direct patient care, support multiple facilities, and participate in a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Minimum requirements include RN licensure, at least 6 months RN experience, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• State licensure as RN required.
• Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
• BLS certification required and valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Precepting and orientation of new staff as needed.
