Job summary

UCHealth Anschutz - Aurora, Metro Denver Critical Care Float Pool is hiring an RN to support ICUs and PCUs across University of Colorado Hospital, Highlands Ranch Hospital, Broomfield Hospital and Longs Peak Hospital.

The role is full-time, onsite with day and night rotation, and offers pay between $35.29 and $54.71 per hour depending on experience. Active RN licensure, ACLS/BLS, and ICU experience are required.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• 6 months ICU RN experience or completion of UCHealth Fellowship.
• ACLS certification.
• BLS certification with valid card at start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides top of scope care using the nursing process.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Prioritizes wellness and evidence-based practice.
• Precepts new staff and UCHealth trainees.
• Engages in continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.
• Contributes to safety and quality at the point of care.
• Direct ICU patient care in a technically complex environment.
• Supports education and competency validation during orientation.
