Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in Florida or eligible to obtain prior to start.
• 2 years of bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS preferred; required within 6 months of hire.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality.
• Perform nursing assessments and diagnoses for patient care.
• Provide plan-based care with commitment to continuous improvement.
