Atrium Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant I (NA I) for the Hugh Chatham - Elkin, NC unit. The position is PRN, part time with days from 7a-7p and at least one shift every two weeks. The unit focuses on adult acute care, orthopedic and stroke patients in a fast-paced Med Surg setting.

Responsibilities include direct patient care under the RN, performing procedures, and maintaining a safe environment. Strong communication and basic computer skills are required to document care and communicate

Qualifications

• Must have strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to handle frequent workload changes and competing demands.
• Basic computer skills for charting and documentation.
