Job summary

Virginia Gay Hospital, Inc. in Vinton, IA is seeking a dedicated Acute CNA for full-time evening and night shifts, with holiday rotation and alternating weekends. The Patient Services Technician will provide basic nursing care, assist with patient rooms, and help maintain the Nurse's Station and common areas.

Qualifications include current CNA certification (or enrollment in a CNA program) and a valid BCLS. Minimum age 16, with High School/GED; competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or enrolled in approved CNA program.
• At least 16 years of age and attending High School, High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Maintains current BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• The PST performs basic nursing care in a hospital setting.
• The PST performs touch up cleaning of the Nurse's Station, patient rooms, and the employee lounge.
• Responsible for inventory control and restocking of patient areas, storage rooms, Emergency Room, exam rooms and the Nurse's Station
